Description
We have restored this copy of a circa 1905 black and white photograph historic downtown Los Angeles, California street scene looking south on Spring Street from First Street by an unknown author.
We see trolley cars in the street including one in the foreground bearing a plaque which reads "Griffin Avenue." In the right foreground we see an ornate four story building marked with a sign reading "Hotel Nadeau". The streets appear to be unpaved earth. All along the street we see many pedestrians wearing fashions of the period; we also see many horse drawn delivery carts and wagons.
The Fine Art America logo does not appear on the final product.
