This is a photograph of a vintage steampunk retro souped up hot rod rusty old working tow truck which was homemade by some young auto and farm machinery mechanics in upstate New York. Black and white starburst background has been added.
A tow truck is a truck used to transport broken down, improperly parked, impounded, or otherwise messed up motor vehicles. This towing might include recovering a vehicle injured by an accident, putting one back to a drivable surface in an accident or bad weather, or towing or moving one by flatbed to a repair shop or other auto service shop.
