This is a restored reproduction of an authentic traditional circa 1900 hand loomed Native American Navajo Germantown eye dazzler rug from the US southwestern Four Corners region of Colorado, Utah, New Mexico and Arizona. NOTE: Any tiny white spots in the image are naturally occurring hand made flaws in the yarn of the original weaving and dyes.
The Navajo are a Native American people of the Southwestern United States. At more than 399,494 enrolled tribal members as of 2021, the Navajo Nation is the largest federally recognized tribe in the U.S.; the Navajo Nation has the largest reservation in the country.
